The deal, spelled out.

By using kiKi, you agree to these terms. They cover what you can post, how deals between users work, and the limits of our responsibility.

These terms are an agreement between you and kiKi ("kiKi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use kiKi.

1. Your account

You must be 18+ to use kiKi. Keep your sign-in details private and notify us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Posting listings

Only post what you genuinely offer. Listings must be accurate, legal, and not infringe on anyone's rights. Prohibited categories include weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and adult content.

3. Content you post and rights

You keep ownership of what you post on kiKi — your text, photos, and videos. By posting, you confirm that:

  • you created the content yourself, or you have the right and permission to use and share it;
  • your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; and
  • you will not post images or text that belong to someone else — including stock or watermarked photos, brand logos, or material copied from other websites or apps — unless you are permitted to use them.

You grant kiKi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share your content within the app and when promoting your listings, for as long as it stays posted.

If you believe content on kiKi infringes your rights, contact us at hello@kikimap.com and we will review it and remove it where appropriate. We may also remove any content at any time that we believe breaks these terms or another person's rights.

You are responsible for the content you post, and you agree to cover any claims or costs kiKi reasonably incurs because of content you posted in breach of this section.

4. Transactions between users

kiKi is a marketplace — agreements happen directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transaction and do not guarantee quality, safety, or delivery.

5. Fees

Posting basic listings is free. Optional features such as boosts and auto-renew are charged separately. Fees may change with advance notice.

6. Suspending or closing your account

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms, or that we believe are fraudulent or harmful to other users.

7. Liability

kiKi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of kiKi after an update means you accept the new terms.
